Wynyard Hotel - Sydney

Enjoyed a delicious lunch at the Wynyard Hotel. The atmosphere buzzed with life. My husband had the pie and peas, and I chose the burger with chips. Both were tasty. Staff greeted us with smiles. Our stay in the Double Room was quite uncomfortable. The room lacked basic amenities like a table or cupboard. The shared bathrooms needed better cleanliness, especially with puddles and grime around. I would return for lunch, but the accommodation needs serious upgrades.

An absolutely great and charming place to stay when in Sydney. Incredible, stunning location close to the airport train. Adjacent to the large grocery store in the train station, and the center of the city...

I really loved the free breakfast options in the shared kitchen. The shared bathroom was spacious and clean. There were no bins in the room, which was a bit inconvenient. I'd definitely stay here again!

The location was great and excellent to the Darling harbor, very close to a train station. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Valencia Sandwich Bar.

Fairly clean hotel, and the staff were service-minded, location was decent very close to the main attractions. Location: the venue was close enough to easily found as well as trains. You guys made our stay very pleasant!

We visited the Harbour Bridge and enjoyed some time at Bondi Beach. The location is perfect, super convenient for exploring. The staff were friendly. Just a heads-up, bring earplugs for a better sleep because of street noise.

Solo travelers will appreciate

The location was spot on, just a short walk to the train station, easy to get around. I also really enjoyed the communal kitchen, it reminded me of home and the vibe was chill with everyone just enjoying their meals.

It wasn't exactly a bargain but for what you get, it felt fair.

The location was convenient, and we appreciated having our family dog with us. The room worked well for our needs, and it was great to have access to public transport when exploring the area.

My kids wished for a play area to burn off some energy.

Can't recommend highly enough for a transient visit

Clean room, cozy bed, ample amenities, with a great location just a few minutes' walk from the metro, and the staff were particularly helpful in storing our luggage for us while we explored the area.

Everything was exemplary.

The Double Room was okay, with clean and comfy beds. The sheets felt fresh, nice. The shared bathrooms were clean too, but I wish there had been a few more hooks for stuff. It got a bit noisy at night, but they provided earplugs, which helped. Nothing fancy, but for the price, it worked for my family.

Comfortable stay with a fantastic location

The beds were comfortable, and I appreciated the helpful staff who even assisted me with my luggage up to my room. The noise from the street can be quite disruptive for those sensitive to sound.
